Mo & Jo Sourdough Burgers restaurant in Singapore operates within Bukit Timah district, at 8 Greenwood Avenue.
A burger joint concept created by Dean Brettschneider, the outlet specialises in delicious sourdough hamburgers.
The place emphasis old-school, honest ingredients, with buns made out of real bread, home-made sauces, crispy green lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and a ring or two of Spanish onion for crunch and acidity.
Meanwhile, the restaurant has 100% beef patties on the burgers that are custom-made from Australian grain fed beef and combine two different cuts of beef – weighing in at 180g, with a perfect 80:20 ratio.
Highlights in the menu include, for example, Jamaican (grilled chicken breast, jerk relish, lime mayo and pineapple), Classic Kiwi (beef patty, beetroot, fried egg, cheddar, mayo and mustard), as well as Naughty CCC (crumbed and fried chicken breast, camembert and cranberry sauce).
