You can choose from 3 Monga Fried Chicken Singapore outlets for the Taiwanese style fried chicken restaurant chain, including one location within SingPost Centre (10 Eunos Road 8).
The chain (which has been in Singapore since 2019) was founded in Taiwan by Taiwanese celebrity Nono Chen and restaurateur Mingdao Liu, who named the restaurant after Wanhua district of Taipei, known traditionally as “Monga“.
In addition, fried chicken is one of the most celebrated street snacks in Taiwan, with the chain’s menu promoting the original Taiwanese flavours of the delicacy.
In terms of food, Monga is best known for their thicker-than-usual chicken fillets that are marinated with honey, dipped in batter (instead of dry flours), and fried to perfection.
