Founded by Mak Mui in 1979 in Mong Kok, Hong Kong, and operated in Singapore by Les Amis Group, the restaurant has a menu where the dishes are prepared using heritage recipes and cooking techniques that have been passed down through three generations.
Best known for their delicious bowls of congee (rice porridge) dishes such as Sliced Congee and Alaskan Crab Leg Congee, other highlights in the menu include the likes of Dace Fish Balls Noodles, Beef Brisket, as well as Frog Legs with Ginger & Onion.
