The teas are prepared using only selected quality ingredients from various parts of Japan, including Uji tea.

You can also order delicious Japanese food, main courses such as dons, udons, and sushi rolls, as well as delicious desserts like parfaits, shaved ice, and ice-cream.

Nana’s Green Tea sources its ingredients from all over Japan. They work closely with their producers to ensure that they are getting the highest quality ingredients.

For the rice, they use organically grown rice from Urabe Organic Farm in Gunma Prefecture. The rice is grown without any pesticides and is full of flavour.

Additionally, they only serve fish from a port in Nachikatsuura, Wakayama Prefecture, caught using a longline fishing method. The fish is processed on the ship using the Ikejime method and chilled using cold water. Once at port, it is instantly frozen with a special cutting-edge technology.

Finally, the agar used in the delicious desserts is made from agar weeds harvested on Kozushima island. The production method has remained unchanged for the last 75 years. Nana’s Green Tea serves their agar with no preservatives only.
