Founded in 1987 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and in Singapore since 2010, the casual dining restaurant chain specializes in Portuguese-style chicken dishes.

The heart of the menu is their PERi-PERi sauce, which has a history going back centuries, when legendary Portuguese explorers started adding this fiery ingredient spice to their meals.
