NG AH SIO Bak Kut Teh restaurant in Singapore has three outlets to choose from, including one location within Chui Huay Lim Club (190 Keng Lee Road).
Founded in 1955 and part of JUMBO Group since January 2010, the chain serves one of the few truly Singaporean culinary heritage dishes – Bak Kut Teh.
At the outlets, the invigorating, savoury, pork ribs based, peppery herbal soup is cooked in a distinct Teochew-style.

The authentic pork ribs soup is served with chilli and dark soya sauce and accompanied by servings of freshly-brewed Kung Fu tea, representing as a meal a quintessentially Singaporean type of a meal – simple, wholesome, and delicious.
