The restaurant, which is affiliated with Singapore’s urban farm and restaurant Open Farm Community, manages the rooftop urban farm, where more than 50 types of fruits, flowers, herbs, and vegetables are grown in partnership with Edible Garden City.

For the delicious dishes from Japanese culinary culture, Noka uses these and other local & regional ingredients, plus carefully curated ingredients from Niigata, Japan, as part of the preparation process, applying Japanese cooking techniques.
