Noka Japanese restaurant in Singapore operates within Funan shopping centre, at 107 North Bridge Road.
Open to customers since June 2019, the outlet, where the name translates as “farmhouse” from Japanese, is 75-seater farm-to-table Japanese restaurant alongside a 5,000-plus square foot rooftop urban garden.
The place, which is affiliated with Singapore’s urban farm and restaurant Open Farm Community, manages the rooftop urban farm, where more than 50 types of fruits, flowers, herbs, and vegetables are grown in partnership with Edible Garden City.
