nozomi Japanese restaurant has four locations in Singapore to choose from, including one at Millenia Walk (9 Raffles Boulevard) and another within Forum the Shopping Mall (583 Orchard Road).
A concept created by Japanese fine dining restaurant YOSHI in 2020, the outlets offer a menu featuring Japanese donburi, sushi, bento boxes, claypot rice, and omakase – a taste of Japan in every bite.
The casual Japanese cuisine restaurant was created around YOSHI’s kaiseki menu, to offer customers meals befitting YOSHI’s reputation, a menu that reflects fine Japanese craftsmanship, but at affordable prices and also as takeaways and for delivery.
For the meals, seasonal sashimi is flown in from Japan’s Toyosu Market twice weekly, with the take-away boxes imported from Japan as well.
