In addition to their straightforward pricing, Observer Optical is also known for their prompt service. When you make a payment for your new pair of glasses, you can come back to the store just 60 minutes later for collection.
Part of the company’s core services are professional & detailed eye checks with accurate readings, which is the recommended thing to do before getting a new pair of glasses, as eye conditions change over time.
As an Observer Optical customer, you’ll also get access to their free eyewear services (available at both of their stores), such as adjusting frames, tightening screws, and changing nose pads…
…as well as a free cleaning service of your glasses using the the Ultrasonic Eyeglass Cleaner, which safely removes dirt, grime, make-up and oil, and does so without heat or chemicals.
