Open to customers since March 2016, the cafe is all about aromatic coffees, great food from world’s cuisines, and an inviting ambience that you’ll feel welcome at.
The cafe’s name was inspired by Olivia Mariamne Devenish, the wife of Thomas Stamford Raffles (founder of colonial Singapore) and a 17th century traveler.
In her time, Lady Olivia travelled the world as an intrepid globetrotter, soaking up exotic cultures and savouring the flavours of different cuisines across different lands, bringing these recipes and experiences back to Singapore.
Against this background of Lady Olivia’s travels and the food, drinks and hospitality of countless people she crossed paths with, the experiences are on full display at Olivia & Co., as a gateway into her memories.
Thus, the menu reflects a creative blend of cuisines and a world of flavors, while the baristas utilize coffee beans that have been sourced directly from the coffee farms of Bali – blessed by highland climate and volcanic soil.
