A great gyoza restaurant in Singapore, Osaka Ohsho has eight locations to choose from, one of which is within Junction 8 mall (9 Bishan Place).
Established in 1969, the company offers a menu that features a wide range of popular, locally favourite Japanese dishes.
The restaurants, with a name that translates from Japanese as ‘The King of Gyoza in Osaka‘, are especially famous for their handmade gyoza (dumplings), prepared with a mixture of cabbage, ginger, garlic, and three kinds of pork.
The gyoza ingredients are wrapped by the restaurant in a special wonton wrapper, then masterfully grilled to a deliciously golden brown crisp on one side while being tantalizingly moist within.
