A restaurant brand by Lee Wee & Brothers, O’tah provides modern takes on classic Singaporean delights, familiar favourites such as Sambal Chilli and Nasi Lemak.
However, at O’TAH, the signature item on the menu is the traditional Otah, a dish of Malay and Peranakan origins, which consists of barbequed fish paste seasoned with a variety of spices including chili, lemongrass, and coriander.
Other highlights on the menu include Pesto Salmon Nasi Lemak, Fried Curry Chicken Nasi Lemak, O’TAH Fries, Ben’s Burger, as well as The Reuben Roll.
