The restaurant, Arteastiq Group’s Vietnamese culinary concept, offers a menu that features Mekong specialities and pays homage to the country’s regional diversity.
On the menu, highlights include Gà nướng đồng quê (Hand Pulled Spring Chicken), Cá chiên sốt me cay (Deep Fried Seabass with Spicy Tamarind Sauce), Nem Lụi Huế (Grilled minced pork lemongrass skewers from Hue), Mì Quảng (Speciality pork noodles from Da Nang)…
