A concept created by SJS Group, the Italian cuisine restaurant offers an exciting menu of artisan pasta dishes from 14 different dough recipes, each handmade daily.

In preparing the dishes, the restaurant draws inspiration from the deep historical roots Italian pasta and pasta making have – the traditions and regionality, as well as the heritage recipes and techniques.

Each and every one of the restaurant’s pasta shapes is handmade daily using a variety of semolina and ’00’ flours combined with whole eggs, egg yolks, and water or a varying combination of these ingredients depending on the required texture, bite and intended use of the pasta.

Highlights in the Italian restaurant menu include, for example, Grilled King Prawns (appetiser – ‘pepper pesto’, pine nuts, walnuts, pecorino), Reginette (spring lamb ‘bianco’ ragu, mascarpone, pangrattato)…
