Pickle Bakery, a good shop for buying sourdough breads in Singapore, is located within Tanjong Pagar, at 2 Everton Park.
Open to customers since March 2021, the bakery shop specialises in sourdough breads & pastries, with the selection of delicious baked goods inspired by the founders’ – a team of two friends – travel stories & memories.
The outlet takes an artisanal approach to their range of goods, with all of the ingredients prepared in-house, including pickling, preserving, and fermentation to perfect the final products.
Sourdough Country Breads.
Visiting the store, some of the available categories on the menu (which rotates regularly) are Sourdough Loaves (Country, Seeded, Baguette), Tartines, Assorted Sourdough Buns, as well as Viennoiseries.
Parma Ham Tartines.
Highlights include, for example, Parma Ham Tartines (Parma ham, burrata & balsamic vinegar), Country Sourdough Bread, and Smoked Cheddar Sausage Rolls.
With limited seating indoors and outdoors, the bakery operates primarily as a takeway shop, closing their doors throughout the week after the last items on the shelves have been sold.
