Norwegian seafood restaurant chain Pink Fish has one location in Singapore, at Jewel Changi Airport mall (78 Airport Boulevard).
Founded by Chef Geir Skeie in November 2017 in Oslo, Norway, and in Singpore since April 2019, Pink Fish is a casual fast food chain that’s changing the way people think about salmon.
Pink Fish’s seafood flavours are inspired by international culinary traditions, with their fish coming from a responsibly farmed Norwegian source and creatively presented in salads, wraps, raw/poké bowls, fish & chips, burgers, and soups.
Menu highlights include, for example, American Burger, Asian Wrap, as well as European Hot Pot.
