Founded by Chef Geir Skeie in November 2017 in Oslo, Norway, and in Singapore since April 2019, the outlet is part of a casual fast food chain that’s changing the way people think about salmon.
Their seafood flavours are inspired by international culinary traditions, with their fish coming from a responsibly farmed Norwegian source and creatively presented in salads, wraps, raw/poké bowls, fish & chips, burgers, and soups.
Menu highlights include, for example, American BBQ Burger, Classic Wrap, Saba Mackerel Teriyaki Bowl, as well as Fish and Chips.
