Poke Theory Hawaiian poke bowl restaurant has a network of six locations in Singapore, one of which is within DUO Gallery mall (7 Fraser Street).
Visiting one of the restaurants, you’ll discover a healthy fast food concept serving up modern Hawaiian poke bowls, and acai & superfood smoothie bowls.
To build your own poke bowl, there are four steps.
First, you pick a size (Light, Regular, Large) and base (Signature Sushi Rice, Brown Rice, Lemon Herb Quinoa, Romaine Lettuce), up to seven colours (Sweet Corn, Honey Pineapple, Carrot, Cherry Tomato, Pickled Beetroot, Japanese Cucumber, Wakame Seaweed)…
…up to 2 poke toppings (Salmon, Tuna, Chicken, Vegan), and finally, you get to pick up to three garnishes (Garlic Chips, Furikake, Tobiko).
You can also order from a range of daily cold-pressed juices, oven-baked snacks, as well as Melbourne’s well-known T2 teas.
