Prairie by Craftsmen cafe & restaurant has three locations in Singapore, including one within Cluny Court – Bukit Timah, at 501 Bukit Timah Road.
The concept, created by Craftsmen Specialty Coffee in January 2021, offers a “prairie” themed environment to enjoy delicious meals & coffees thoughout the day, starting with a popular breakfast service.
For coffee, in addition to the standard espressos, flat whites, and lattes, you can choose from various interesting flavours like Gula Melaka Latte, Coconut Latte, Hazelnut Latte, as well as Roasted Almond Latte.
Highlights in the lunch & dinner food menu are, meanwhile, Gongonzola Caesar Salad (entree – blue cheese, lettuce, poached egg, garlic croutons, achovies, caesar dressing), Duck Confit (slow-cooked duck leg confit with sauteed mushrooms, roasted potatoes, baguette)…

In terms of atmosphere, the cafe & restaurant has an ambience fitting for the location near Singapore Botanic Gardens with a garden style alfresco dining area and an indoors section, both accommodating max 40 customers.
