One of the affordable, best ramen restaurants in Singapore, Ramen Champion has a location within Bugis+ shopping mall (201 Victoria Street).
The restaurant has a unique chef competition concept imported from Japan (and produced by chef Koji Tashiro), where the chain has these competitions held annually in all major cities of the country.
Managed in Singapore by Komars Group, the ramen restaurants have chefs whose residency is determined by a competitive & friendly customer voting system, with only the best chefs getting to advance.
Maze soba, hotstone ramen, cheese okonomiyaki & more.
To determine an ultimate champion in the competition, there are 4 quarter finals before a winner is announced at the end of competition. Judging criteria includes sales takings and vote counts via onsite voting at Bugis+. Usually, the crowned champions are invited to set-up a new restaurant for the chain.
Visiting the restaurant outlet, you’ll get to taste excellent tasting ramen flavors and recipes from different regions of Japan.
Highlights on the menu include, for example, Special Tonkotsu Red Ramen, Spicy Champion Tsukemen Dipping Noodles, Champion Maze Soba Dry Ramen, and Mentaiko Takoyaki.
