For the subscription service, the wagyu or kurobuta is blast frozen for freshness, top quality, safely packaged, and delivered monthly to your door in an eco-friendly, insulated box that keeps the meat within the optimal temperature range.

In addition to wagyu and kurobuta, the butcher shop has a range of lamb meat, sauces & condiments, as well as a selection of sakes, wines, champagnes, and other spirits.
