A concept created by DP Architects (an established Singaporean-international cutting-edge design firm) and GRUB (modern & up-and-coming Singaporean culinary company), the restaurant serves innovative interpretations of modern dishes with a spotlight on local ingredients and flavours.

The name of the place, a combination of “red” and “pan”, comes from “red” representing Singaporean and passion, celebrating the food and design heritage, while “pan” refers to the culinary essential, alluding to the crucible of this creative and culinary experiment.

On the menu, some of the signature items and customer favourites include Crispy Otah Burger, Tuckshop Fried Chicken Wings (lightly coated chicken wings deep-fried till crispy, coated with honey tamarind), Seared Salmon Edamame (seared Scottish Loch Duart salmon, salad greens, edamame, orange slices, corn & miso sesame dressing)…

…Prawn And Hae Bi Hiam Pasta (tagliatelle tossed with housemade spicy shrimp paste & sautéed prawns), Steak and Chinchalok (grilled sirloin steak (250g) with housemade spicy chinchalok, pickled onions & smashed potatoes), Lup Cheong Iberico Chorizo Paella (Lup Cheong, Iberico Chorizo in Paella rice & fragrant garlic oil), as well as Banana Donuts Milo Dinosaur (with Milo crumbs, condensed milk & hazelnuts).
