​The small batch craft sake at the outlet is sourced from from 26 breweries in Japan, bringing them over via a meticulous cold chain logistics program in order to ensure that the products reach your table the same way they left the brewery.

To complement your experience, among the highlights on the “Japas” menu are, for example, Tatami Iwashi (layers of a classic Japanese snack that is served with Spanish aioli topped with Japanese Tobiko fish roe) and “Spider” Karaage (deep fried Japanese soft shell crab with Spanish Sriracha aioli).

In terms of ambience, the sake bar, consisting of a bar and mezzanine level with a curved overhead ceiling (adding character to the atmosphere) has been tastefully adorned with a medley of terracotta-coloured decor and wooden elements.
