A concept created in September 2022 by Creative Eateries, the outlet offers a Thai fine dining experience with a menu that features exquisite, traditional Thai-style dishes.
The สำรับ (sumrub) menu, created by Isan-born Chef de Cuisine Chimkit Khamphuang, allows you to indulge in classical Thai dishes that are well-loved by the Thai royal family, with each meal prepared with a touch of innovation and modern embellishment.
Examples from past a la carte menus include, for example, Goong Sarong (starter – 3 pcs – golden fried crispy prawns with Thai chili sauce), Pat Puk Meaw Hmoo Grop (stir-fried chayote sprouts with roasted pork), as well as Jelly Bi Tuey (dessert – pandan panna cotta with coconut foam).
If you prefer a more private setting for your dining experience, the Thai restaurant has two exclusive private dining rooms, which can host a grand soiree of up to 40 guests when both of the rooms are combined.
