Segar Restaurant, a chain of popular halal Chinese restaurants in Singapore, has three locations available, including one within Chinatown Point (133 New Bridge Road).
The restaurant, where the name ‘segar‘ comes from the word for ‘fresh‘ in Malay, was established by Paul Tan in 2005 and serves affordable & delicious halal tze char and seafood dishes.
On the menu, the outlets are perhaps best known for the Signature Curry Fish Head, along with a selection of favourite local dishes like Tom Yam Seafood Soup, Sambal Kang Kong, Mee Goreng, Thai Style Fried Rice, Salted Egg Sotong, Golden Claypot Chicken, as well as Hotplate Beancurd.
