Seorae Korean Charcoal BBQ has five restaurants in Singapore, including one at Jem shopping centre (50 Jurong Gateway Road) and another within Plaza Singapura mall (68 Orchard Road).
Founded by Chef Chul Park in South Korea in April 2007 (and in Singapore since December 2015), the restaurant offers a great selection of exciting premium BBQ meats, sets for sharing, and an array of Soju cocktails and Makkoli mixes.
In addition to the Signature Korean Galmaegisal (premium pork skirt meat) and premium Korean BBQ meats (pork, beef, and chicken), customer favourites include ala carte food items like Budae Jjiage, Kkochi platter, Seoul Bulgogi, Cheese Mandu Ttekobokki (Korean rice cake), and Dolsot Bibimbap, Soju, as well as Seorae’s mocktails.

Korean Galmaegisal has been said to have been reserved only for the Korean royalty in the past, and today the exclusive sirloin (250 grams between the ribs and belly of a full-grown pig) is now a must-have on every local Korean cuisine fan’s platter.
