Set of Six – Cocktail Bar in Singapore

Created in January 2021 by Chef Gonzalo Landin, the bar concept has been inspired by Joseph Conrad’s novel “Set of Six” (1908) and the fact that the author visited Singapore many times, including as a seaman in the crew serving under Captain James Craig (after whom Craig Road has been named).

This theme covers everything from the bar decor reflecting Conrad’s experiences during his time in the British Merchant Navy to a cocktail range of 12 creations – inspired by the author’s adventures across France, England, Italy, Chile, and French Guiana – paired with a food menu.
