Alternatively, you can choose your dining experience from Shabu Tan’s hotpot Ala Carte Menu or their hotpot Set Lunch Menu.

For example, the A La Carte Menu features four soup bases to choose from (Konbu Seaweed, Tonkotsu Miso Collagen, Tomato Soup, and Xiang La Soup), meats such as Soy Chicken, Kurobuta Pork Belly, AUS Grass-fed Shank, and A4 “Kagoshima” Wagyu Ichibo, as well as seafood such as Salmon Fillets, Tiger Prawns, Kani Fumi (Crab Sticks), and Cuttlefish Balls.
