Shatoburian Japanese yakiniku restaurant in Singapore operates within Palais Renaissance (390 Orchard Road).
A concept created by Black Carvery Group in 2019, the outlet is a modern upscale restaurant with yakiniku (Japanese grilled meat cuisine) dining menu.
The restaurant, where the name is a phonetic play on ‘Chateaubriand’ (a dish made from the most tender cut of the cow), operates with a farm-to-table approach, using prime Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef for the delicious meals.
A5 Wagyu Beef, sourced only from approved auction houses in Japan, is used for its prime cuts from chateaubriand to ribeye to sirloin, and even misuji (a rare cut located behind the shoulder).
Additionally, the restaurant uses fresh seasonal ingredients imported from different regions in Japan for the most authentic tastes, complementing the taste experiences with caviar and foie gras from France.
Highlights in the All-Day Menu include, for example, Shato-sando (appetiser – toast with glazed foie gras, chateaubriand Wagyu beef, fresh grated truffle), Signature Yakiniku Don (Chef’s selection Japanese Wagyu beef or pork, glazed foie gras, sea urchin, caviar, onsen egg, topped with shaved truffles)…
…Chateaubriand (120g steak-cut of the most tender and best cut of the tenderloin), as well as Black Truffle Monaka (dessert).
You can choose your restaurant experience from counter seats, table seating, and private rooms, making the place a flexible option for any occasion.
