For the Build-Your-Own-Pasta option at the cafe, you first choose your base (aglio olio, cream, tomato, pesto, tom yam), then the toppings (grilled chicken, seafood, snapper, smoked duck, sausage, capsicums, mushrooms, ham, poached egg, additional spaghetti).
