Established in 2017 in Bali, Indonesia, and in Singapore since 2019, the bakery cafe specialises in sourdough breads and pastries, also serving delicious sandwiches & toast, and coffee.
In Bali, the bakery supplies its products to Locavore – one of Asia’s 50 best restaurants – and you can expect the same uncompromising quality in natural yeast bread making in Singapore.
Highlights in the menu include Danish Rye Salmon Sandwich (with pickles, house-made creme fraiche), Country Loaf (half or whole), Miso Baguette, Avocado Bawang Toast (smashed avocado, fried shallots, and sriracha sauce), Morning Bun (cinnamon bun), as well as Banana Bread.
