Pork Ramen.

Hokkaido-style soup curry is a herbal curry that was created in Sapporo in the 1970s, and mixes spices together with chicken, pork and vegetables, giving it a unique, delightful taste.

In addition, the restaurant is particular about the rice used in the dishes – Nanatsuboshi rice from Hokkaido is both light tasting and has a sticky texture.
