Sushi Plus, a good place to enjoy conveyor belt sushi in Singapore, has two locations available, one within Bugis Junction (200 Victoria Street).
A concept created by Sushi Express in November 2019, the outlet offers a modern kaiten sushi dining experience, with the ‘plus‘ in the name referring to an extended Japanese cuisine menu beyond sushi.
Visiting the restaurants, the extensive menu of Japanese cuisine includes choices such as udons, agemono (fried items), yakimono (grilled items), maki, and a variety of more than 80 types of sushi on the conveyor belt sold at affordable prices per plate.
Bugis Junction.
The ordering system is a contemporary Japanese concept, where you first scan a QR code, then order from the online menu, and the food arrives via a sushi train right next to your table. Additionally, you can always pick up the plates of sushi that are rotating on the belt.
Highlights in the Japanese restaurant menu include, for example, Sweet Corn Croquette, Pan Fried Dumplings, Unagi Donburi, Jumbo Caramelised Salmon Sushi, as well Crispy Battered Octopus.
