Established in 2013 by Fatboy’s Concepts, The Burger Bar is a quick-service concept restaurant that sells hamburger primarily based on the Build Your Own Burger approach.
Build Your Own Burger concept means that you get to choose everything that goes into your burger, including buns, patty, sauces, and toppings.
For buns, the alternatives include Honey Oat Bun, Brioche Bun, Whole Meal Bun, and Sesame Seed Bun, while the options for patty are Grilled Chicken, Pork, Lamb, as well as Beef.
