The Clifford Pier, offering heritage dim sum brunch in Singapore, is located within The Fullerton Bay Hotel (80 Collyer Quay).
On their opening hours during the weekends, the brunch restaurant serves dim sum classics, alongside distinctively local flavours.
The place occupies the space of the original Clifford Pier, a former landing point of Singapore’s forefathers since 1933, a heritage site that has a significant historical role in country’s past.
To revive the charm of the pier when it was a bustling hawker centre at night, from time to time, there are “live” hawker stations lining the restaurant during the brunch service, with the chefs dishing local favourites such as Satay, Popiah, Laksa, and Chicken Rice.
You can also take advantage of Gin Parlour (Monday-Sunday 5pm-10:30pm), located at the al fresco area of The Clifford Pier, from where there are stunning waterfront views of Marina Bay – a cocktail bar that features a top-shelf collection of over 200 different labels of gins from all over the world.
In terms of being available for private events, the restaurant reflects luxe sophistication, making it an ideal venue for formal luncheons, gala dinners, cocktail receptions, product launches, and weddings.
