The Coconut Club, a great place to enjoy Nasi Lemak in Singapore, is located within Chinatown neighbourhood, at 28 Ann Siang Road.
A concept created in 2016 by Lee Eng Su and The Lo & Behold Group, the restaurant offers regionally popular dishes, with the specialties being Malaysian Nasi Lemak (fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf) and Chendol dessert.
Nasi Lemak is a great meal for any time of the day, served at the place in signature sets, with the likes of such as Ayam Goreng Berempah (Malay Spiced Fried Chicken) and Ikan Kembung (Fried/Grilled Mackarel).
The meal bundles are specifically designed for sharing, with each of the well balanced sets offers a little something for everyone.
For dessert, in addition to Chendol (mung bean jellies, shaved ice, palm sugar, coconut milk, evaporated milk), other popular choices include Kueh Platter (an assortment of Malay & Nonya kueh), Coconut Jelly (jelly made with coconut water, coconut milk, and fresh young coconut), plus Goreng Pisang (banana fritters, served with homemade kaya).
In addition to going to the restaurant in person, you can also order the meals for delivery to your home / office via the official website or through delivery partner GrabFood.
