Progressive Strength Classes are suitable for both males and females of various ages, and they are an ideal choice for those who are looking to become functionally stronger, with progress being individually tracked and the training program scaled to your own abilities.
Similarly to the Progressive Strength Classes, seniors have their own functional strength focused group training at Gold Class For Seniors.
At the Gold Class For Seniors, where training is conducted at a much gentler pace to ensure that no one gets left behind, the aim is to help you prevent muscle degeneration, combat the effects of aging, and improve your daily quality of life.
There is also a Beginner Olympic Weightlifting Class, where, over the course of six weeks, you can learn and become proficient in the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.
Beginner Olympic Weightlifting Class is a progressive, fundamental class that emphasizes technique and form for participants ranging from novice to advanced weightlifters.
Finally, you can hire a personal trainer to achieve your fitness goals, small or large, on your own schedule.
