Tian Tian You Yu has two Sichuan restaurants in Singapore to choose from, one within TripleOne Somerset mall (111 Somerset Road).
Founded by Singaporean celebrities Kate Pang and Marcus Chin in April 2021, the outlets offer a Sichuan cuisine menu, especially Kao Yu, or Sichuan grilled fish.
The restaurants, where the name translates as “have fish every day” from Mandarin, usually serves the grilled (whole) fish in a special grill pan, poached in a delicious sauce and finished with a range of spices.

You can choose from three different cooking methods (grilled, steamed or fried) for the dish, in a total of 10 different flavours, such as signature mala, duo jiao, kimchi, and suan cai (pickled vegetables).
Beyond Sichuan grilled fish, the restaurants, with the location at TripleOne Somerset featuring 70 seats and a delightful modern decor, have several other enticing menu options, such as La Ji Zi (stir-fried chicken spiced with dried chilli).
