Baked Bun with BBQ pork meals have pork buns that are enticing for their unique texture, featuring an exterior that is crumbly and fluffy, while the inside is oozing barbecued pork that imparts a sweet-salty contrasting taste.

The other three signature dishes are Steamed Egg Cake, Beancurd Skin with Pork & Shrimp, and Pan Fried Carrot Cake, each also available at all branches.

Of these, the egg cake is light and spongy, with a caramelised taste that lingers on the tongue, the Beancurd Skin with Pork & Shrimp is silky and wrapped thinly, having a combination of pork and shrimp full of heavenly flavours with every bite, and finally, the lightly pan-fried carrot cake is spiked with bits of radish for that extra taste emphasis.

Other customer Chinese food menu favourites include the Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce, Steamed Pork Dumpling with Shrimp, and many more.
