Buta Don is a deceptively simple yet vastly satisfying culinary experience, with Tokachi Tontaro using their own secret recipe from Obihiro, Hokkaido, which combines the best Japanese cooking techniques and a guarded range of ingredients.
The menu features a range of Buta Don dishes, including Premium Buta Don, Regular Buta Don, Spicy Tomato Buta Don, Miso Buta Don, as well as other don like Yakitori Don and Salmon Don.
