Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Ulysse Nardin has one boutique in Singapore, located within The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (2 Bayfront Avenue). (UPDATE 2020: THE SHOP HAS CLOSED)
The Ulysse Nardin Singapore boutique, the largest flagship store for the brand in Asia at around 1,000 sq ft, offers an unprecedented, luxurious retail experience.
Housed under one roof, you can find the complete collection of Ulysse Nardin timepieces, from the legacy marine chronometers to the award-winning complications.
As a signature sign of originality, the flagship store features a 3-dimensional globe dome, which is a reference to the brand’s famous high complication, the Moonstruck watch dial.
Established in 1846 in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, Ulysse Nardin has roots that are steeped in maritime legacy.
Over the years, the company’s marine chronometers have won over 4,300 horological awards, and the timepieces were used by major imperial navies across the world in the 19th and 20th centuries.
These heritage marintime elements from the past are still apparent in everything that Ulysse Nardin does and creates, from its watch collections to the features of the boutiques, such as the teak floors, made from the same material used in the yachting industry.
In addition to the standard Ulysse Nardin collections, the Singapore store also has, from time to time, exclusive Boutique Editions of the watches, which are not available from resellers.
