You can discover Uncle Fong Hotpot Restaurant in Singapore from within Great World shopping centre, at 1 Kim Seng Promenade.
The Hong Kong based hot pot restaurant offers authentic Chongqing style flavours, where the key is in the soup, made from carefully selected premium ingredients.
Established in 2016, the original Hong Kong location has become a celebrity hot spot, with the likes of Carina Lau, Julian Cheung, and Stanley Kwan regularly dining there.
In Singapore since April 2022, the hot pot restaurant offers a wide range of ingredients that deliciously complete the unique soup bases, such as the Signature Chongqing Soup Base, which contains Beef Tallow, Sichuan Pixian Bean Paste, Yunnan Yellow Ginger, Chongqing Shizhuhong Chilli, plus Sichuan Hanyuan Pepper.
In addition to the regular range of ingredients, you can also choose from a variety of seasonal ingredients, like Razor Clams (available on the menu from April to August).
Adding to the dining experience is the proprietary nine-grid layout of the pot, which divides it into three separate heat zones.
Using the nine-grids, with the heat being the strongest in the middle square, you can choose your cooking style from quick-cooked foods to long, stewed cooking.
