The Taiwanese hot pot restaurant chain serves dishes on a conveyor belt, with a total of eight soup bases to choose from, including Taiwanese Herbal Pork Rib, Thai Tom Yum, Wild Mushroom, Japanese Kombu & Bonito, Xiaolongkan Old Hotpot, and Tomato Soup.

Each soup, which are refillable upon request, comes with a bowl of vegetables and mushrooms and free-flow iced green tea or water.

After you’ve chosen your soup base, you can select from a wide variety of fresh hot pot ingredients that rotate on the conveyor belt and cook them to your liking within your personal hot pot.

In total, there are around 280 dishes, while only about a hundred are on rotating display at a time. But, you can order items a la carte.

Ingredient prices are based on color-coordinated plates, with the green plates showcasing the cheapest and red the most expensive ones (while the rest of the plates are either blue or orange).

The hot pot restaurant uses conveyor belt with cold storage technology that allows the food ingredients on the plates to remain fresh while rotating.
