The courses at the studios are provided by AGB Education (founded in 2008), a SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Approved Training Organisation (ATO) accredited under the WSQ Skills Framework.

SkillsFuture baking courses, “Cakes & Cookies” and “Bread & Tarts”, are aimed for beginners and aspiring bakers.

Of these, Cakes & Cookies Course takes place over eight days, covering everything from preparation to ingredient use and techniques to bake cakes and cookies.

During the course, you’ll learn how to make classic and modern recipes like Lemon Pound Cake, Japanese Cotton Cheesecake, Cranberry Almond Biscotti, and many others.

At the Bread & Tarts Course, meanwhile, also taking place over 8 days at the baking school, you’ll learn to bake a basket of breads and spread of afternoon pastries.

The course features technique and flavour focused lessons, where you’ll learn how to make breads such as Sakura Mochi Bun and Plaited Bun, as well as tarts like Chocolate Tart, Fruit Pastry Tarts and more.
