Founded in 2003, the Peranakan-Thai restaurant aims to elevate the standards for plant-based cuisine available in Singapore, for which it has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction (2019).
Operating an underlying philosophy of “vegetarian cuisine for non-vegetarians”, the outlet creates plant-based meat alternatives made with a thorough understanding of textures and flavours, as well as with the clever use of soy products & tofu.
