Yum Sing! restaurant in Singapore operates within Clarke Quay, at 3B River Valley Road.
The outlet, where the name is a play on ‘yam seng’, a traditional Cantonese term for ‘cheers’, is dedicated to offering iconic local dishes – a variety of hawker favourites.
On the menu are the likes of Rainbow Yu Sheng (salad, condiments, raw fish), Oyster Omelette (fresh oysters, fried egg, seasoning blend, chilli), Laksa (seafood & rice vermicelli, coconut cream curry, fish cake, egg, cockles)…
…Chilli Crab (crab in a chilli-tomato egg sauce), Hokkien Mee (stir-fried egg and rice noodles, seafood & meat, sambal chilli, lime), and Chendol (dessert – shaved coconut milk ice, palm sugar syrup, green jelly, kidney beans).
Overall, the experiential dining and entertainment concept restaurant pays homage to the colourful 1960s in Singapore.
